We would like to welcome two new members of staff to our team; Sister Court and Sister Watling-Smith. Sister Court is joining as a practice nurse and will be involved in seeing patients with chronic diseases and minor illness. Sister Watling-Smith will be in charge of our treatment room and offers expertise in wound management. Please feel free to book in with them and we will be updating the website soon with their photographs and biographies.

Please phone and book in for your flu vaccination. It is recommended that people in the following groups have one: over 65 years of age, chronic respiratory disease, chronic heart disease, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, chronic neurological disease, diabetics, those with suppressed immune systems (due to steroid treatment/chemotherapy or in people without spleens) and those with HIV.
|New Smoking Cessation Clinic|

If you are thinking about quitting smoking please be aware of a new smoking cessation clinic at the practice. Anyone can book with Sister Low to discuss the best strategies to use to stop smoking. We can prescribe nicotine replacement treatment and/or champix to help you. Also, we then follow up progress on a regular basis to improve success rates.
